GENERAL MAP LISTING NOTES:

Upon purchase, submit as much or as little information about your world as you would like. From a couple sentences to a draft map photo. Anything missing will be generated by us.
Final product is one original, hand drawn, thoughtfully generated map of your world.

* Maps are shipped folded. If you would like your map shipped rolled, please let us know in your customization.

* All maps are drawn with pen, pencil and watercolors.

HOW THIS WORKS: A pencil map draft will be sent via Etsy message within a week of purchase. 1 round of amendments is allowed. If amendments are needed, please allow an extra week of production time. Final product is darn in ink.
IMPORTANT: If we do not get map approval or amendments by a week after sending the draft, a finished map will be sent and returns/refunds will not be accepted.

Maps are to be used or duplicated for personal, non-commercial use only.

- CHOKING HAZARD: These products are intended for Table Top Gaming use and are not for small childern.

- REFUNDS and RETURNS: We want every customer to be happy with their miniatures. Although we do not take returns for custom orders, we do everything we can to take nessesary action in the following cases only:
- Items arrived broken or damaged
- Items have print or paint failures
- The item did not arrive looking as expected
- Item was lost in the mail

- GLUING AND ASSEMBLY TIPS
- Use a high quality super glue for mini assembly. One with a short cure time.
- Sand the joints slightly before gluing
- drop a tiny bit of water on the glue joint before gluing
